Charles Darwin in a car with a finch on the hood; words above the car say Darwin Day RoadshowThere is just over a week left for K-12 teachers to apply to be a stop on TriCEM’s 2022 Darwin Day Roadshow!

Our scientists are excited to talk to students, teachers, and the general public about their research and career opportunities in science. Would your school like to be a stop on our FREE Roadshow?

  • What is the Darwin Day Roadshow? To coincide with Charles Darwin’s birthday in February, our scientists visit schools and communities to talk about evolutionary science. There is no cost to teachers or schools, and we even leave behind a collection of evolution teaching resources. For 2022, we are offering in-person visits in North Carolina* and virtual visits anywhere in the United States.
  • What is a typical Roadshow visit like? We work with host teachers (i.e. you!) to design an event that best serves their school and community. There is no “typical” visit; both the topic and the format are flexible to meet specific needs.
  • How do I apply? Learn more about the Roadshow at our website, then follow the links to apply by the deadline of midnight (EST) on Monday, November 29th, 2021.

Visit the Darwin Day Roadshow website to learn more and apply. Hope to see you on the road!

*Please note: We’ll be following all relevant COVID-19 guidelines and may be required to switch to virtual visits depending on the pandemic’s status in February.
