The NC One Health Collaborative is holding a talk series this month that will feature two highly relevant lectures:
- September 11th – Elsa Youngsteadt, PhD, Entomologist, Applied Ecology, NC State University. “Urban Heat Mapping: effects on plants and environmental health”
- September 18th – Charles Nunn, Director of Triangle Center for Evolutionary Medicine and Department of Evolutionary Anthropology, Duke University. “From social networks to ecological networks: How network structure influences disease transmission within and across species.”
All sessions are at the NC Biotechnology Center, 5-7 p.m.
